As a Plant ID user, you have the right to request the deletion of all personal information and data associated with your account. Please note that by deleting your account data, all information stored with us will be permanently removed.
What will be deleted:
- Your complete Plant Collection and saved digital herbarium.
- All photos you have submitted for identification.
- Your identification history and botanical search logs.
- Custom care reminders, schedules, and notifications.
- Your user profile, subscription status, and purchase history.
Once the deletion is processed, this data cannot be recovered. If you choose to use the app again in the future, you will start as a new user with an empty collection and no previous history.
How to Request Deletion:
- Submit a Deletion Request: You can request the deletion of your account and data by contacting our support team via email at support@salomointeriors.com.
- Provide Necessary Information: To ensure security, please send the request from the email address associated with your Plant ID account so we can verify your identity.
- Timeframe for Deletion: After submitting your request, the deletion process may take up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account data has been successfully and permanently purged from our systems.
